We are a group of Site Reliability Engineers, with vast experience in building observability solutions for dozens of data sources, whether they are open source or managed.
Continuous observability is an area that everyone talks about, but no one actually does well. With thousands of false alarms, or zero alerts, and a lack of system monitoring coverage, organizations struggle to provide high availability and withstand the expected enterprise SLA.
