This project presents a web-based survey and analytics platform designed to
monitor and evaluate the integration of Artificial Intelligence tools in
schools across the ORT Israel network. The goal of the project is to support
AI adoption in schools by mapping the current state, identifying gaps, and
guiding principals toward informed action.

The system enables school principals to periodically submit structured
assessments covering five domains: policy and administration, infrastructure,
pedagogy (teaching), pedagogy (learning and assessment), and professional
development.

The platform provides two distinct dashboards: a school-level dashboard
featuring radar chart visualizations and AI-powered insights generated via
Google Gemini, and a network-level dashboard offering a comparative
leaderboard and ranking of all participating schools.

Built with Python (Flask) and SQLite, the system supports role-based access
control, historical trend tracking across academic quarters, and automated AI
analysis to assist school leadership in identifying strengths, gaps, and
actionable recommendations for improving AI adoption.
