The Clinic Manager web application is created in partnership with an active dental clinic in Bat Yam.
Our partner clinic currently relies on fragmented tools and manual workflows for appointment scheduling, patient communication, and medical record management. These processes create operational bottlenecks, administrative overhead, and limited visibility over daily activity.
The new application replaces these disconnected processes with a unified digital platform. Staff manage patients, appointments, and documents through a centralized interface, while patients interact directly with an AI-powered chatbot that handles booking, rescheduling, and cancellations in real time. The system functions as a digital operational layer for the clinic, consolidating scheduling, communication, and data management into a single environment.
The platform is implemented as a full-stack web application using Node.js and Express for backend services, JavaScript for the frontend, and PostgreSQL for structured data management, with integrated automated messaging infrastructure.
