This project focuses on developing a tool that assists developers in understanding the impact of code changes in large and complex software systems. In modern development environments, systems often consist of many interconnected components, making it difficult to determine how a change in one part of the code may affect other parts of the system.
The proposed tool analyzes the structure of the system by scanning the project’s source code and identifying relationships between files and components. Based on this analysis, the system constructs a dependency graph that represents the connections and dependencies between different parts of the codebase.
The backend of the system is implemented in Java and the user interface is developed using JavaScript and provides a clear and convenient way to visualize and explore the analysis results.
By providing a structured view of dependencies within the system, the tool helps developers better understand the potential impact of code changes and supports more efficient development and maintenance processes.
