This project develops a full-stack web application to automate tumor progression analysis across multiple MRI scans. Currently, manual comparison by medical personnel is time-consuming and prone to error. The system utilizes nnU-Net for 3D segmentation and a state of the art Architecture to track volumetric changes over time. It integrates Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to synthesize clinical notes with imaging data into standardized PDF reports. Designed for oncologists and radiologists, the platform ensures secure, privacy-compliant deployment within hospital workflows to support informed clinical decisions
