Every user of the application is under one of the following categories:
1. A user looking for a shared apartment to move into
2. A user who is a tenant in one of the apartments in the application
3. A user who owns a shared apartment in the application
The actions that can be performed in the application (among others) are joining one of the apartments, managing financial issues between the partners, opening calls to the owner of the apartment, saving important documents, chatting between the users of the application and setting events for the apartment.
The main advantage provided by the application is that the entire process of entering a shared apartment, from searching an available apartment to managing the apartment cooperatively with the other tenants, is performed under one roof and not on a variety of platforms.
