Our app is a map-first platform that treats physical places as containers for digital memory. Instead of social media feeds, content is anchored to real-world locations and unlocked through physical presence. Users create geolocked (accessible in specific map coordinates) “dots” that hold moments. These moments are captured on-site (text, photos, audio, and other media), and layered over time. Each place evolves into a living archive shaped by the people who pass through it. This allows users to “time travel” through those moments experienced by others.
The system supports both private spatial memories (shared with friends or family) and public place-based contributions that capture atmosphere, local knowledge, and lived experience - without ratings, algorithms, or attention-seeking mechanics.
By combining mapping technology, spatial interaction, and long-term memory design, the app shifts social behavior from passive scrolling to intentional exploration, presence, and meaningful connection with the world around us.
